Steps from Biscayne Bay, this vibrant area attracts creatives looking to live in a boldly modern yet sophisticated neighborhood. Looking for a fresh take on urban living, Raymond Nicolas was tapped to conceptualize the architecture for what would ultimately become a 297-unit luxury apartment complex. Walking up to the entrance and into the two-story communal areas, residents were to be greeted by an exterior clad in a multi-colored gradient that celebrates the vibrant lifestyle of Miami.
On the rooftop, Raymond Nicolas designed a fully outfitted outdoor space that offered sweeping views and a place to relax. The sidewalks were lined with lush trees and greenery for residents to look out on and bring nature into their units. The design team envisioned floor-to-ceiling windows for each unit to allow the intercoastal views to flood each apartment.
